v3.16.0
Query Jobs V2
We have introduced v2 of the Asynchronous Query Job API, offering a more flexible filtering experience for data retrieval and default paginated response for the list of query jobs.
Create Query Jobs V2
Key Features:
- Flexible Query Filters: v2 adopts the same query filter syntax as the Synchronous Query API, supporting
terms(exact match),range(numeric/date bounds), andexists(field presence) filters. - Boolean Composition: Filters can be composed using boolean operators (
and,or,not) for more expressive queries. - Expanded Filtering Columns: v2 allows filtering on a larger set of columns beyond the date and additional filter fields available in v1.
- Unified Query Metadata Endpoint: Filter metadata is retrieved via the same endpoint used for Synchronous Query:
GET::/v1/subscription_requests/{request_id}/query_metadata/{ds_or_dp_id}.
Get Query Jobs V2
A paginated list of query jobs is returned by default at GET /v2/subscription_requests/{request_id}/query_jobs. Key details:
- Returns a paginated response containing
page,page_size, and adataarray of query jobs. - Defaults to page 1 with a page size of 100 if not specified.
Both v1 and v2 currently coexist, differentiated by the version path prefix (v1 or v2). Users are strongly encouraged to migrate to v2 for its richer filtering capabilities and alignment with the Synchronous Query API.
