• The platform supports data classified up till Confidential Cloud-Eligible, Sensitive Normal (CCE-SN).

Getting Started​

Not sure how to begin? Use the resources below:

New Users

• Sign in directly - DataHive uses WOG Entra ID to authenticate users.
• Browse available data - Begin your journey by looking at the available datasets.
• Use the DataHive Assistant - Let the DataHive Assistant help you discover datasets or find answers about DataHive features through a natural language chat.
• Create data request - Create a data request to get the datasets that you want.

Returning Users

• Track your data requests - Check the status of your data request
• Manage access to your data requests

System Requirements​

Ensure you have the following to access DataHive:

• 🖥️ Device: GSIB or COMET device
• ✉️ Valid government email account: eg. example_user@agency.gov.sg
• 🌐 Supported Browsers: Microsoft Edge (Chromium) or Google Chrome
• 📱 Two-Factor Authentication: Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device
