PSGA Amendments

The DR form and approval workflow have been updated for the 2026 PSGA amendments.

Key Features:

  • Legal ground & purpose - The Justification section is now Legal ground & purpose. PSGA requests select one or more PSGA grounds and describe how the use case meets them.
  • Onward Data Sharing - Declare onward sharing to another agency or NGE/3P in a new section, with its own legal ground(s). For NGE/3P, you can now choose to share the data yourself instead of appointing DataHive to share it on your behalf.
  • Authorising Agency Declaration - DRs with onward sharing to an NGE/3P on PSGA legal ground(s) are held at "Pending Minister Authorisation" until the DR owner submits the Authorising Agency Declaration.
