Nationwide Parcel Locker Utilisation

The Nationwide Parcel Network is operated by PICK Network Pte Ltd (PICK).

PICK is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) incorporated to deploy, own and operate the Nationwide Parcel Locker network across Singapore to deliver consistent service experience and ensure the pervasive distribution of lockers. (Reference)

The "Nationwide Parcel Locker Utilisation" dataset contains monthly utilisation data of PICK lockers.

Dataset Update Frequency​

Dataset	Update Frequency	Details
Nationwide Parcel Locker Utilisation	Every 3 months.	Scheduled update: 2nd Monday at T+1.5 months. For example, data from July - September will be ingested on the 2nd Monday of November.

Booking Count​

Courier companies may make Reservations for their forward deliveries or returns for their consumers. Reservations are subjected to availability and does not guarantee them a compartment for dropoff. Therefore, Reservations are not included in the Booking Count.

Booking Count will be included in the following scenarios:

• When couriers/consumers dropoff their forward deliveries/return, the Reservation will be converted to a Booking.
• Courier companies may make Bookings for their forward deliveries. Bookings guarantee them a compartment for dropoff.

Utilisation rate is a derived datafield based on the following formula:
